Congratulations on your pregnancy! This is an incredibly exciting time and we are thrilled you are considering attending one of our antenatal courses.

The course starts in September 2024 and is recommended for due dates in November to early December.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our face to face classes in September!

We recommend starting courses between 28-32 weeks pregnant but this really is only a guide and more important is what works for you, how you feel and what other commitments you have at the time! Week 1: Thursday 12th September

Week 2: Thursday 19th September

Week 3: Thursday 26th September

Week 4: Thursday 3rd October

Week 5: Social event on Thursday 10th October

Optional: Sleep session date: Wednesday 9th October

Location: Redland Parish Church Halls, Redland, Bristol

This course runs weekly for 4 weeks, 6.30-9.00pm.

We aim to run courses with minimum of 5 couples and maximum of 11 couples.
