Congratulations on your pregnancy! This is an incredibly exciting time and we are thrilled you are considering attending one of our antenatal courses.

The course starts in October 2024 and is recommended for due dates in late November to mid January 2025.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our face to face classes in October!

We recommend starting courses between 28-32 weeks pregnant but this really is only a guide and more important is what works for you, how you feel and what other commitments you have at the time! Week 1: Monday 14th October

Week 2: Monday 21st October

Week 3: Monday 28th October

Week 4: Monday 4th November

Week 5: Social event on Monday 11th November

Optional: Sleep session date: Wednesday 6th November

Location: Almondsbury Old School Hall, Church Rd, Almondsbury, Bristol BS32 4ED.

This course runs weekly for 4 weeks, 6.30-9.00pm.

We aim to run courses with minimum of 5 couples and maximum of 11 couples.
